Download iso emulators

I am getting a problem. Sound is coming but no video is being displayed. If there is any problem with the Video Plugin, then tell me whish plugin I must use???? Good luck on Ps1 emulation. You click 'extract to' and then a box pops up and you find the bios folder on your computer the one that should be extracted already, assuming you have downloaded and extracted your emulator and click on it.
